I run Zenviae on my own. The site gives US readers one free tool for checking end-of-service gratuity from a job in India or the Gulf.
Why I built the gratuity calculator
Gratuity rules look short on paper and confuse people in practice. India divides by 26. The UAE jumps from 21 days to 30 days after year five. Saudi Arabia pays only a share when you resign. Most calculators hide those steps, so I built one that shows every line.
Who I write for
I write for people who worked in India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Qatar and now live in the US. They want to know if a final payout is fair. HR staff and small business owners can use the same tool for a quick cross-check.
What you will find here
The site has one calculator, a plain explainer on the home page, and the policy pages. I keep it small on purpose. Every page has one job, and I would rather fix one page well than publish ten thin ones.
How I check my work
Each rule goes through the same four steps before it goes live.
- I read the law text or a government page.
- I work one example by hand.
- I run the same numbers through the calculator and compare.
- I date the page and note what changed.

How the site earns money
It earns nothing today. I show no ads and sell nothing. If that changes, I will say so on the Privacy Policy page first.
